BES50FE-12 PWR

Nortels 12 port BCM style Ethernet switch, with Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
A BES50FE-24T PWR (shown) has 24 ports, only the left 12 are PoE enabled.

Default IP address:192.168.1.128, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Make sure your PC's IP address is in the same network, eg: 192.168.1.X

Open the BES50FE IP address in a web browser, and login: nnadmin, PlsChgMe!

Edit the IP configuration, and disable DHCP (Static IP Address Mode):

Enable Power Over Ethernet (PoE) for all ports (this is required for i2004 sets):

Make sure "Spanning Tree State" is NOT enabled, this can adversely affect network performance:
