System Message Lookup

CS1000 system messages comprise a 3-4 character category, plus a 3-4 digit code. eg: ACD0003.
Always LOOK THEM UP! They're a window to the PBX's soul, reporting health and status information.

System Message:     - leading zero's can be omitted, enter alpha code only for category description.
TFC0017 NTP is enabled. NTS slave cannot be activated.

Action: Disable NTP to activate NTS slave.
