Reset VM Password
Log into Unity from a browser, and follow these steps:
- Go to: Users ➤ Users
- Use the Find Users bar to search for a specific user if required
- Select the desired User by clicking on the Alias number
- From the top menu bar, hover over Edit and select Change Password
- Enter a 6 (or more) digit Voicemail PIN, and again as Confirm PIN
- Click: Save
