BCM Backup/Restore

1. Click the "Administration" tab
2. Click Backup (or Restore)
3. Choose the data destination (Backup) or source (Restore) from the drop down menu

Nortel strongly recommends system backups as part of the regular maintenance procedures.
Also, backups must be in place prior to starting any upgrade/patching procedures.
